Freedom Gardens I + II units is set aside for income-qualifying residents who earn at or below 40 and 60 percent of area median income (AMI).

As a garden-style resort community, Freedom Gardens consists of high-quality affordable apartments with plenty of amenities which include a dog park, a walking path, a resort-style pool and a Clubhouse with a cybercaf, laundry facility, state-of-the-art-fitness center, playground a and central community gathering room.
